ABOUT ME
MEET ERIN
Are you ready to discover your path to healing, break free from toxic cycles, and step into authentic alignment?
Heal, Grow, and Break Free from the Past
Are you struggling with the weight of childhood trauma, the effects of narcissistic abuse, or the exhaustion of chronic stress and burnout? Do you feel stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns or overwhelmed by grief and loss? You don’t have to navigate this alone.
I’m Erin, a trauma therapist committed to guiding you through the process of healing past wounds, rediscovering your sense of self, and building healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Using somatic trauma healing, I help you address the root causes of your struggles, empowering you to break free from unhelpful patterns and reclaim your inner strength.
A Safe Space for Healing
Painful experiences from the past—whether childhood wounds, abusive relationships, or overwhelming stress—can shape the way you see yourself and interact with the world. Together, we will explore how these experiences have impacted you and work to shift the patterns that keep you feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck. Through a compassionate, collaborative process, and using nervous system regulation, we will:
Heal from childhood trauma and attachment wounds
Recover from narcissistic abuse and toxic relationships
Manage chronic stress and overcome burnout
Navigate grief and loss with support and understanding
Develop mindfulness and self-compassion for lasting change
Set boundaries, improve communication, and build self-confidence
Therapy with me is about embarking on a journey of deep, meaningful transformation through holistic trauma recovery. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you feel empowered, heard, and supported as you move toward the life and relationships you truly deserve with the help of holistic therapy.
Ready to Take the First Step?
If you’re ready to explore your path forward, I invite you to reach out. You are not alone, and together, we can create lasting change.
Therapy with me isn’t all sitting & talking.
We’ll use Brainspotting to help process and heal from trauma, emotional distress, and other challenges. Brainspotting helps us get to the parts of the brain that talk therapy doesn’t.
Brainspotting involves identifying and focusing on specific "brainspots" in the individual's field of vision, which are connected to the activation of traumatic or distressing memories or sensations. By maintaining attention on these spots, the person can access and process unresolved emotions and experiences at a deeper level, leading to greater healing and integration. Brainspotting aims to tap into the brain's natural ability to heal itself by utilizing the visual field and bilateral stimulation (music that activates the right and left brain) to facilitate the processing of trauma and promote psychological well-being.
I believe in the brain’s innate capacity to heal itself.
My core values
I understand how overwhelming it can be to face anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief, and how transformative it is to navigate these challenges with support. Growth and healing aren’t always easy, but together, we’ll approach them with patience and courage.
Exploring our past experiences can be a painful and difficult process. I am committed to my own therapeutic journey and would never ask you to go anywhere I have not gone myself. Therapy can be uncomfortable, overwhelming, and filled with grief—I know this firsthand. My personal experiences with anxiety, depression, trauma, people-pleasing, and burnout as a social worker led me on the path to becoming a therapist. As someone who has been in the client’s seat, I understand the power of Brainspotting therapy and the profound changes, growth, and transformation it can bring.
With a deep understanding of these struggles, I strive to hold space for what’s weighing on you, helping you uncover insights, break free from unhelpful patterns, and reclaim your resilience. My goal is to guide you in creating meaningful change and alignment with the life you truly deserve.
Compassion
I am dedicated to empathizing and understanding your unique struggles and life experiences. You are the expert on your life. I strive to create a safe space where your voice is heard and your emotions and vulnerabilities are valued. I offer support and guidance through your healing journey.
Empathy
Empathy is the foundation of our therapeutic relationship, allowing me to provide support, validation, and compassion as we navigate your unique journey towards healing and growth. Together, we will work collaboratively to unlock your inner strengths and empower you to find the resilience and solutions you seek.
Connection
I believe that the fit between therapist and client is imperative for successful growth and transformation. I meet you where you’re at without judgement or bias. Therapy is hard work and uncomfortable at times. We will move at your pace and you can share what you want when you are ready.
